This position is for an in-house Accountant/Full-Charge Bookkeeper for an established law firm; CPA credential not necessary.
The position has the primary responsibility for all accounting functions of the firm; will work closely with the Firm Administrator.
Financial Responsibilities Basic accounting procedures including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and daily deposits, trust accounting, bank reconciliation, payroll, and annual budget.
Will be expected to attend in-house management meetings and provide financial information to Shareholders and Firm Administrator.
Accounting support for Real Estate closing department Annual reporting to our firm CPA for tax reporting Skills Proven bookkeeping experience Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principals Strong data entry skills Hands-on experience with spreadsheets including formulas, tables and graphs Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Management and supervision experience helpful but not required Job Type:
