Legal experience is preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience and background.
The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills as well as organizational skills; is computer savvy and a quick-learner; has the skills to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of a small office; can multi-task and is very good with time management and prioritization of tasks, and is detail-oriented.
Responsibilities include handling scheduling, filing of documents with the court, assisting attorney with managing cases, client contact, basic drafting of pleadings and general administrative duties related to the daily operation of a small office practicing estate planning, probate, family law, criminal law, real estate and general civil litigation.
